Electronic invoicing and management system

- Enable the supplier to send the sale invoice directly upon creation using email and text messages and will reach the client in the form of a file (PDF) that is professionally designed and compatible with the requirements of the first phase (issue phase), showing the Company logo, contact data, the tax number of both supplier and client, and the terms and conditions of the electronic invoicing
- Add QR Code on the invoice as a basic requirement during the first phase of the simplified invoices, which process through the QR code which it is shown (supplier name, VAT number, date and time, total bill with VAT, total VAT)
- Easy to keep electronic attachment and the documents without needed to print and keep the customer information such as address, VAT number and bank transfer system uses
- High flexibility in providing authority to users and all relevant staff such as (reading, creation, approval) to keep all pages out of the rest of the other users
- Full documentation of all activities and the most recent transactions performed by users of the system, such as adding, adjusting, approving or receiving, with the user identification, date and time of transactions
- Easy of electronic connectivity and sharing of data with ZATCA electronic systems at the start of processing, preparation of phase II procedures, requirements during the phase of issuance of tax invoices as defined by ZATCA and for the additional fields such as encryption seal and other protective systems
- The users of the system will be able to access software consulting services and technical support through follow-up, system development and response to queries through all available contacting system and directly visits when necessary.
